Isabel was born within Melbourne Australia. Her father was born in Australia and her mother is Swiss. Her family lived within Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru, a tiny town located in the Northern Territory called Cairns and Cairns Australia. Along with her sister Nina her schooling was in schools where First Nations and other children from different backgrounds were accepted. Isabel lives in the Byron Bay area of NSW Australia. Isabel started acting at school. She went on to study drama at The Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology and also has recently been studying her studies in the PEM method Perdekamp The Emotional Method. The actress never had auditions for roles until she was spotted through her agency in the year 2002. She was auditioning for an actress in Home and Away 1998. The producers thought she was not the best fit for this role. But, they were so impressed they created another character for Tasha. She spent 3 years playing her first role on television and received a Logie Award for new popular artist for her performance. Isabel relocated to Los Angeles. In 2009, her breakthrough role was in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Since then, she has appeared in many US and Australian film productions and won numerous prizes. Isabel is playing a lead part on Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy - a film fast becoming a staple of Australian cinema. She is set to appear in Lunacy which is a suspense film that will release. Isabel is also currently finishing Sons of Summer, and she's currently working for the part as Marie Curie for Radiant. The award-winning Annika Glac will be writing/directing this film. Isabel is passionate about animal rights, and has worked on behalf of numerous environmental groups. Isabel has served as a PatronAmbassador for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival (HRAFF) for ten years from 2010 until 2020.
